With over 15 years of experience working alongside BIPOC communities, I specialize in making sense of complex or unclear data, designing multilingual surveys, leading productive group strategy sessions, and building interactive dashboards that drive decision-making. My work is grounded in elevating local voices—especially those often left out—and ensuring that public investments truly reflect community priorities.
